Mechanical Polishing
Machine polishing is a cost-effective surface finishing to get a textured surface for polycarbonate sheets and PMMA sheets, which can remove saw cuts and prevent scratch on the surface. Normally, the sandpaper is a common tool.
Flame Polishing
Flame polishing, also known as fire polishing offers the acrylic sheet with the clearest finish. It is more efficient than mechanical polishing, flame polishing is most applicable to flat external surfaces.
