In this plastic process, you need to design and build a mold with a certain shape before thermoforming, then heat the plastic sheets like polycarbonate, acrylic to a certain temperature for good flexibility. The heated flexible plastic sheets will be forced to attach to the mold, and you will get plastic parts with a certain shape. Thermoforming plastic parts are used widely for automobiles, medical devices, transportation, display, home appliance, public facility, package printing, and security product, etc.
